I feel like I need to add a post to sort of lighten the mood. Forgive me if I dip into the WFMU well again, but here is a link to a great site called Saturday Morning Blog. You can easily waste a whole day looking at this guy's business.
Anyway, the post I'm linking to is a superhero show starring Adam West and Burt Ward, made in the late 70's, so it's well after they did the Batman series. It's a little like a game show, but not really. The first clip features a little-known superhero, introduced by Ed McMahon, called Ghetto Man. Let your imagination run wild before you click on the link. I don't think you will be that far off.
